CCS take great consideration of the environment and understanding of how the goals of the project relate to its surroundings, prevailing winds, solar orientation, views and other elements that renders the most successful design for your home.

Established more than twenty years ago, CCS is a family owned and operated company. We’re residential designers who specialize in designing homes, room additions, and ADUs. Our goal is too listen carefully and take the best care of our clients by designing a structure you will call home that maximizes functionality and flow while aesthetically fitting your style and connecting with the neighborhood.

Considering passive and active solar design, cutting edge heating / cooling and electrical technologies, healthy materials and designing with the intent to maximize light and ventilation into every possible space are some of the basic design considerations for which we strive.

We enjoy the design challenges, we’re well versed in many design styles including Mid century Modern, Beach Cottage, Spanish, Victorian, Cape Cod, Mediterranean, Tuscan, and today more Hi – Tech modern style homes of concrete, glass and steel.

NEW HOME CONSTRUCTIONS

Our goal when designing new homes is to showcase the best assets of the lot and create the best. The efficiently designed floor plans make use of every square foot, with large, open kitchens that flow into the dinning area, multiple seating and entertainment spaces- designed to exude comfortable – clean aesthetic.

RENDERING, MODELS, 3D, CAD

SB CCS provides hand rendered sketches for the client to understand and experience the design. Each rendering and view captures an artistic vison of the projects aesthetic qualities, character, and use. These professional renderings can be use in marketing and promotional materials, publications, trade show displays and online usage.

CONSULTATION COORDINATOR

Spectacular layout designs require highly qualified tradesmen, craftsmen and artisans to ensure that every phase of the construction process is performed to specifications. SB CCS works closely with each sub-consultant to coordinate schedules and project deadlines to maintain a healthy and efficient working environment.
