SB CCS uses floor plans, interior designing and strategy to help out clients realize their plans.
Phase I:
Conceptual Plans/Budget
- Conceptual floor plans with budget
- Comprehensive owner need analysis
- Meeting with the building department and zoning to clarify property setbacks and feasibility of project.
Phase II:
Design Development
- Design bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom layouts
- Design exterior
- Floor plan revision as needed
Phase III:
Construction Documents
- Submission of plans to the department of building and safety for approval of the plans. Once there are approved. You will be ready to move to the construction phase of the project.
- The layout/structural designs will consist of floor plan designs, elevations, sections, and general notes which are required by the department of building and safety.

ADU
ADU or Accessory Dwelling Units are dwelling units with a full kitchen and bathroom, which is an accessory to a primary or main single-family residence. We will take our experience to design the best floor plans, and include energy calculations (title 24) as required by the building and safety department. Whether the ADU is detached, attached or your want to do a garage or room conversion.
